These are most of the commonly asked questions so we hope these answers will help ease your mind.

Do you have this item in stock?
If the item is available on our site then it is stock and guaranteed.

Where is my order?
Our goal is always to have your order delivered as fast as possible.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with shipping information and a picture of your parcel for your records. Depending on your location their may be a slight delay due to the current COVID restrictions and or boarder closures. Parcels are labelled with the address details provided by you, so please make sure the information you provide is accurate and correct.

If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order and you still have not received it, please contact contact via email sales@tigraa.com.au and we will respond within 48hrs.

Is my item shipped from overseas?
NO IT IS NOT! We are located in Melbourne, Australia and we ship every weekday if your order is place before 2.00pm (EST).

Do you offer EXPRESS POST?
Yes, we offer Express Post to Australian residents only at cost to the buyer. You can select Express Postage at check out and the cost will be added to your bill.

For international buyers please note express services are not guaranteed by providers at the moment due to COVID restrictions so we have suspended this service. Standard delivery is only available by our chosen provider (Australia Pos) and it is the most cost affective shipping method available that offers tracking service.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No we don't offer pick ups services at the moment. Express Postage is available at cost if you require your item urgently.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes we offer returns and or exchanges. Please email as sales@tigraa.com.au to discuss your request.

Is my payment information safe?
Your transaction and payment information is handled directly by our payment providers with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or seen by anyone other than your bank.
